CONFIDENTIALITY

Any personal information shared with Neeta by you as part of the guidance process will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed to a third party without your prior consent, except where required by law or where action might be necessary to prevent harm to you or someone else.

It is not possible to protect the confidentiality of information that is transmitted electronically through emails and computers connected to the internet that do not utilise security or encryption protection.

CHARGES

 

I can offer a range of funding options and mainly work on the basis of pay-as-you-go. You can therefore make a choice before engaging me at each stage.

DISCLAIMER

My services as a divorce consultant give general legal and other information and guidance about divorce and related matters. I am NOT practising as a solicitor through this website or in the provision of these services. No solicitor-client relationship shall be created through the use of this website or by any guidance calls, emails or any other modes of communication. 
 

My help is not to be viewed as a substitute for obtaining legal advice. My guidance is based only on limited information from you so you must check you are satisfied with and take responsibility for any information or documents you provide to court or third parties.
